Healing is a continuous journey of renewing your mind. It is not a linear process and perfection along the journey does not exist. However, making intentional steps towards healing can begin today. The process of therapy encourages self awareness, understanding, and insight in order to navigate through life in a healthier way. Thus, I am here to help empower you to begin that journey of healing and improve your quality of life. In doing this, you can begin to relinquish survival skills that no longer serve your mental and emotional well-being to live a life more fulfilling.
